Art. 44.- Turismo
accesible.- La autoridad nacional encargada del turismo en coordinación con los
gobiernos autónomos descentralizados, vigilarán la accesibilidad de las
personas con discapacidad a las diferentes ofertas turísticas, brindando
atención prioritaria, servicios con diseño universal, transporte accesible y
servicios adaptados para cada discapacidad.

Art. 105.- Exigibilidad
en Zonas de Circulación y Parqueo de Bicicletas
Art. 204.-Derecho
preferente de vía o circulación en los desvíos, avenidas y carreteras cruce de
caminos, intersecciones no señalizadas y ciclo vías.
Art. 139.- El
uso excesivo de la bocina se sanciona con el 5% de un salario básico y la
pérdida de 1,5 puntos de la licencia de conducir.
